Well the boom of the housing market is now gone.Quite a few people made a ton of money.But of course plenty of people ended up losing money. During the housing boom builders were making beautiful homes all over the place.I’m pretty sure you have seen some of those homes that were models. Beautiful furniture were in the homes. Beautiful flooring upgrades like tile and carpet. During the boom if you fell in love with a model people ran off and bought it.Now that you have the burst in the housing bubble, that isn’t a likely possibility.
